How can I return a product?
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days for any reason. This window begins the day you (or a designated contact) take physical possession of your items. Once you’ve notified us of your intent to cancel, please ensure the goods are sent back to us within 30 days.
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless the reason for the return is covered by our specific exceptions. We kindly ask that goods be returned in their original packaging with all components included. Your total payment, including our standard shipping rate, will be reimbursed no later than 30 days after you notify us of your cancellation. However, please be aware that supplementary costs for non-standard delivery methods are excluded from this reimbursement.
TrumanPick is happy to cover the return shipping costs if:
The item arrived damaged or defective.
There are missing parts or components.
You received the wrong item.
The product does not match the description.
The delivery was delayed.
Customers cover the return costs for personal reasons, such as:
Ordering the wrong item by mistake.
Simply changing your mind (unwanted item).
Finding a better price elsewhere.
Unauthorized purchases.
The item doesn't fit your intended purpose.
What if I Received Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise?
To help us resolve your claim as quickly as possible, please email us with:

Clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item.
Pro Tip: Please hang onto all items and original packaging materials until we’ve fully resolved your claim. If your replacement happens to be on back-order, we’ll keep you updated on the estimated arrival date or help you find a great alternative that suits your needs.
