Shipping Costs: Freight is calculated based on the weight of your items and your delivery address. You can view the exact shipping total in your cart before finalizing your purchase.

 

Order Tracking

Once your package is scanned by our carrier, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Real-Time Updates: You can click the link in the email to track your package’s journey in real-time.

Status Pending: Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your notification.

 

Delivery Issues & Address Changes

We want to make sure your package reaches the right hands. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

Address Corrections: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update it before the package leaves our warehouse.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your items, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it’s still missing, reach out to our team so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Pro Tip: To ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend shipping to a secure location where someone is available to receive the package. If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., "leave at side gate"), please include them in the order notes, and we will pass them along to the carrier.
